This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in both jurisdictions.

3. Payments & Approvals

• Transparent invoicing is provided in accordance with UK and TR accounting standards.

• All additional works and services require pre-approval by the client before execution.

• VAT in the UK and KDV in Turkey are always included in the prices stated, ensuring full tax compliance in both jurisdictions.

• Payments are processed exclusively through the company’s official corporate bank accounts:

  • Turkey: Ziraat Bankası (Corporate Account) under UNQ Yazılım Dijital Hizmetleri ve Turizm İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi

  • United Kingdom: HSBC (Corporate Account) under Peyote D.H. LTD.

• Local services provided in Turkey are invoiced through the Turkish company, while international/global services are invoiced through the UK company.

• Clients must ensure that payments are made only to the designated corporate accounts above. No third-party or personal account payments will be accepted.
